PRE-ORDER INFORMATION
This hoodie is available on a pre-order basis.
- Estimated lead time: 10–15 business days from the date of successful payment.
- This hoodie qualifies for FREE shipping for a limited time.
- If your order includes other in-stock items, we will ship those items first. Your pre-order hoodie will be shipped separately once it is ready, at no additional shipping cost.
Returns
We allow exchanges within 14 days, provided that the customer will handle all shipping costs. Once approved, we will request that you ship the original item back first so we can process your exchange.
RETURN POLICY:
- The item(s) must be placed in the same ziplock packaging.
- The item must not be worn, washed, or have any scent (e.g., perfume).
- All conditions above must be met before we can approve your return request.
